Claire, the owner, made us feel at home from the get-go, almost like visiting a beloved relative. The breakfast was impressive, featuring local smoked salmon and fresh eggs. The complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room were regularly stocked, while details like free toiletries added convenience. Now, while some might raise eyebrows at the price, I assure you it echoes the luxurious feel and exclusivity of the place. If you're looking for a stay that feels personal and special, it’s a wise investment. If your taste leans toward generic hotels, this may not suit you. For those craving a unique escape, Marsh Mere is absolutely worth considering.
